Information about past, current and prospective investors in the Glen Point funds may be used by Glen Point (a) for the purposes of discussing and reviewing potential investments in Glen Point funds (b) assessing an investor’s appropriateness to invest in the fund as an unregulated collective investment scheme (c) to carry out Glen Point’s obligations relating to contracts to be entered into between Glen Point funds and you; (d) for the general administration of potential investments into the Glen Point funds; and (e) to comply with legal or regulatory obligations applicable to Glen Point.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We may use selected third parties to provide us with services, including companies that provide us with technical support and assistance in respect of our website. Glen Point will also share personal data with inter alia the fund boards, administrators of the funds, legal, tax, and accounting advisers as well as third party financial intermediaries in certain circumstances.
